I agree with you that people take different path to health and well being. As I was addressing an audience of raw foodists, I naturally concluded that there will be like minded people reading my post. The truth is, people see good result with any step that reduces bad food, and introduces more healthy food. Exercise, clean water and air, handling stress and getting proper rest are all important. Every sport coach favorite saying is, “only 100% effort, will get 100% result”. I believe it stands true in health too. So if people stop eating sugar for instance, they may experience a 20% better results, and for someone who gets to feel better, they may think they reached a peak. But there are more mountains on the way. There is enough science proving my statement about a low fat vegan diet.
