Organic Corn on the Cob White, yellow, and bi-color sweet corn - plunge briefly into boiling water, or cut off the cob and use raw in a salad. Organic Grapes Fat, juicy grapes make a tasty snack. Watermelon Oodalolly! It seems a bit early for this 4th of July favorite, but if you're a watermelon fanatic, they can't get here soon enough. Watermelon Grape Fruit Salad: In a small bowl, combine 1 cup watermelon and 1 cup seedless grapes. In another bowl, whisk 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon water (or lemonade or grape juice or even a sweet white wine). Pour over fruit and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Serves two.
