A cyst is a type of pathogenic protozoa, tap water-borne mainly. I suggest obtaining a new Wellness Shower Filter first of all. I would drink an organic Raw quality kombucha elixir. Faucet water purifiers/filters for the kitchen and especially the bathroom are essential. Juice fasting, green drinks in the early AM, pure water drinking, wild foods [Acai, Goji, Camu Camu, Durian, Jujubes, Mulberries] are wonderful for eradicating pests like cysts. Deep abdominal breathing & dragon breathing with a lover/partner are significantly helpful. I define Dragon Breathing as such: face-to-face with a lover so close as almost kissing, sitting in lotus position on a floor/bed/grass after placing essential oil of cinnamon, myrrh, geranium or peppermint under both nostrils of both persons and cycle your breath [simultaneously] with eyes closed and hands/arms around the base of the other's spine and mouths slightly ajar for exhalation.
