Guest guest
I would like to encourage all who are looking to use the tax code in their favor to consider my original response to this query. It is unlikely that your everyday tax account will be able to help you in the ways in which I expressed. You will need someone with the expertise to counsel you in the creation of a complex trust and/or establishing a family charitable foundation. These entities will shield at the minimum 98% of you hard earned dollars. Where do you think you would be financially if you could bring home 98% of your money. That is virtually living tax free. I know people with this expertise. If you would like assistance let me know. James Walter Milton wrote: Greetings all, In regards to blackrraine's comments, i agree that the US income tax code is full of confusion, contradiction, and conflict. While I agree with Rezz about the definition of income and "involuntary vs. voluntary compliance," I strongly encourage folks to work within the system (tax laws) to reduce or eliminate their taxes with the help of a tax professional. As one who used "Exempt" or "99" deductions on the W-4, it does work temporarily in that there is no withholding of federal taxes. However, when tax filing time comes around, there will be a huge tax bill due as there was no withholding during the year. I have been a part of this struggle since 1990 and have been cleaning up the mess I created since 1997. I urge anyone considering not paying taxes to do so legally within the tax system. Peace, Walt. Guest guest
James, Thanks for your message. I did not see your original response that contained CRT and other trust information. I would like to see more information.
