Vitamin B-12 is pure extract of Cobalamin from whole raw living electric foods. Cyanocobalamin, methyl- forms and any other concoctions they derive in laboratories are toxic byproducts of commercial industrial complex waste. It is refuse of the filth that is generated from manufacturing. Specifically, it is a chemical mutant of cyanide from sewage, slaughterhousing and industrial plants. Do NOT merely believe a thing, let alone the hype that they promote for out cognition. Next, where do we raw fooders source this {debatedly vital} nutrient? Simple. Whole wildcrafted & organic sea foods are the most molecularly organized and bioavailable forms of uptaking it into your bio-universe. These foods will include rockweed, dulse, kelp, spirulina, sea lettuce, kombu, agar agar, sea moss, hijiki, wakame, arame, blue-green algae, and red marine algae. My assertion is that this nutrient is not as vital or rarely absorbable as it is purported to be.
