Guest guest Posted January 30, 2006 Report Share Posted January 30, 2006 Hello all! I hope everyone had a joyous weekend. I wanted to ask if anyone had any direct experience with healing acne scars. When I first went raw almost a year ago, I made the innocent mistake of using way too much fat in my diet and the result has been 9 months of severe breakouts on my face, which has left me with scars and craters. Most of the acne has healed now that I finally figured out what was causing it but my face is still pretty badly scarred. Can anyone help me with this? I am washing my face twice daily with MSM facial wash as well as using MSM facial lotion and also aloe vera juice and occasionaly aromatherapeutic facial oil. I know that there is beautiful healthy skin under these scars, I just need to figure out how to heal them.
