One of the reasons I started this was to be healthier. I also wanted to lose weight. I have followed the diet and not lost any weight. Granted I have not followed it as strictly as I should have. I am at the present time at least 40 -50% raw. Often by budget is somewhat limited . I have cookbooks or rather uncook books for raw recipes but often you need to have a dehydrator and I am not ready to buy one now. Although, I do have a Vitamix juicer.
