Guest guest
If you are free tomorrow, I'd love it if you came to a vegan potluck that we're hosting at our house (818 207th Street, Pasadena, MD 21122). If you were coming from Hwy 100, you just turn left off exit 19 (Catherine Avenue), and right on 207th Street. Hope to see you both there. It starts at 5 and runs all evening. Even though it's not raw, it would be great exposure for a ton of area vegans to the concept of raw food if anyone on this list felt like bringing something and explaining the benefits of raw food. I know that I personally became vegan for animal rights reasons and am only recently becoming aware of all the health benefits to me personally, which have made me interested in raw food. But I'm not the best person to represent it to this party, because I was only successful on a strict raw diet for 3 days and then couldn't continue because of constant upset stomach. One suggestion was that because I'm new to it, I need to build up the enzymes required to digest raw food before diving into it. In any case, I hope you all can come and bring something raw/vegan! We'll have music & it should be a lot of fun. -Anny 410-900-0011 Anne Marie Sadler (Anny) 410-900-0011 " The highest wisdom is kindness.
