Guest guest
Good Morning, I wanted 2 send a thanks out 2 Margie Roswell 4 being such a gracious hostess @ last night's raw potluck. It was an enjoyable experience, w/ good food(although we all pretty much agreed that we were still hungry after eating it!), and stimulating conversation. It was interesting 2 hear people's stories, & how they came 2 raw foodism, whether as a full-time thing, or part-time experimentation. QUESTION: Is hummus raw? If so, I'm 'in business', & can get some from OK Natural 2 eat, w/o the crackers, 4 lunch 2day.
Guest guest
Make sure you eat a lot of leafy greens and salad. Chop up all of the vegetable in easy to eat bits. Marinate in a mix of olive oil, sea salt, and citrus or vinegar and add honey if it is not appetizing enough: it makes a great dressing. Don't use too much dressing though. Add broccoli, cauliflower, chopped beet, avocado, green apple, sprouted beans, anything you see that is raw. use different combinations of lettuce. Don't eat too many nuts. limit intake. Whole foods has some fresh juices in bottles. Consume juice slowly, and do not drink excessive amounts of citrus. Drink hot herbal tea if you crave something hot. Peppermint tea is nice in the morning. Chamomile at night. Whole fruits and vegetables are best. Be sure to eat when the body is hungry. Always have an apple or banana, or raw salad available to nibble on. Treat your body as an experiment and see what happens. peace michael Tebogo ya Setshego <mwanamisisha wrote: I'm struggling. I've been eating sunflower seeds 2day, and almond butter, but they are roasted. I want 2 drink some juice from home, but it's pasteurized, which sounds "cooked" 2 me. Yesterday I just did not eat anything @ all. It's been kind of taxing 4 me 2 figure out just what is, and is not "dead".
