I would also suggest taking probiotics. This works like wonders for me.

You can get a good capsule that has a mix of strains at most health food stores. (If you can't find some, I have some I can send.)

I'd take about 6 -10 in the morning and 6 to 10 again before bed. Do this for 3 days and you'll have lots of progress. Then just take 2 in am and 2 in pm (on an empty stomach) for at least a week. This boosts the good guys, so they can get rid of the over abundant Candida. Also, stay off fats for that time.
