Guest guest
Greetings Tara & family, [i don't have enough time at the moment, but here goes anyhoo] 1] candida means that you have internal bodily filth that is proliferating, molds, yeasts, fungi, undesirable bacteria & more. I suggest deep breathing, a lover's tantric touch/massage, fasting on pure water, 2/3 to 1/3 ratio of fresh young coconut water to org. liquid chlorophyll. 2] For depression, I suggest therapeutic doses of vitamin c {3-5 grams several times daily}, massive buddha-belly laughter, sceletium tortuosum, st john's wart essential oil and/or alcohol-free extract, fresh air & watching young children play in a peaceful manner {community setting}. I'll pause here . . . ~Rezz Shopping Find Great Deals on Holiday Gifts at Shopping
Guest guest
Thanks for the advice, I know just what candida is and how to treat it. Some people just have a stronger tendency to have higher levels of yeast. If I am around cigarette smoke for some reason I get a flare up. Otherwise, I usually have no problem. I have three young kids 9, 8, and 6 so I spent plenty of time watching them play. Guest guest
How do YOU treat it? It seems there is no easy solution. At least I haven't found it yet.
