Guest guest
Re the below question about Ayurveda, after having been in pain with Fibromyalgia for TWENTY YEARS, I have been pain-free since April, thanks to Ayurveda. I took a class in Aurveda at Smile Herb Shop and learned how to decrease Vata, an excess of which manifests as MS or Parkinson's or Fibromyalgia. Tom Wolfe, co-owner of Smile Herb Shop, teaches the courses. Also, you can get a private consultation with him, if you don't want to take the course and just want to learn how to balance your doshas. Smile Herb Shop 301-474-8791. Ask whoever answers to put a note in Tom Wolfe's mailbox if you would like a private consultation.Elise Hayden-Ferdman <ehaydenf wrote: Thanks for reminding me of this! All summer long and well into the fall I had been eating hardly any grains and was feeling great. Thought I didn't need them anymore. I've been having some grains every day now, and it feels very good. I also went and warmed up the dandelion salad that I've been trying so hard toeat in my dehydrator, and it totally hit the spot! It had lots of garlic in it and gave off this lovely warmed garlic smell and taste that I've been wanting so badly.I was told once that Kapha is my dominant dosha. I know very litlle about Aruyveda. I was wondering if you might be able to share more about that. I'm also interested in doing some reflexology. Migth you be able to contact me off-list about these things?
