It's not a diet for children or for those who are looking for a temporary diet fix, she says." Just for the sake of defending a raw foods diet, we don't miss out on any nutrients as long as there is VARIETY in our raw foods diet and my goodness raw foods diets are too for children. I also probably wouldn't have suffered from chronic asthma throughout high school and college if I'd been raised on a raw vegan diet instead of the Suicidal/Sadomasochistic American Diet of flesh, dairy & eggs.
