Shopping in Houston should be an easy place to be live. There are two Live Food restaurants in Houston, Sunshine and the Shay Center. As for Imar Hutchinson, his books are for sale. Check with drsunyatta or amazon.com. I will be teaching another workshop in Houston next year at St. John's College. I will contact you when I am sure of the date.
