To be added to the invitation list click Joint event list RAW FOOD RECIPES Ginger-Lime Tahini DressingSometimes a new dressing can make salad more interesting. 1/2 c olive oil1/2 c water2 limes juiced1" piece of ginger root peeled, minced (1"diameter, 1" long)2 T nama shoyu2 T tahini1 T agave nectar1 t sea salt Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Apple Walnut Salad Sauce 1 c. organic pine nuts 4 organic dates ½ c. lemon juice 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt 2 T. water Salad 6 apples 1 c. walnuts, chopped a little 1 c celery, diced small 1 c. green grapes, sliced in half Optional for a bold salad: 3 cloves garlic, minced 1. Cut apples into bite size cubes or wedges. 2. Blend sauce in blender or food processor until smooth. 3. Toss sauce with salad mixture and serve. Serves 4 as a meal or 8 as side dish.
