Reply: Don't misunderstand. What this means is foods that CAUSE THE BLOOD TO BECOME ACID. I have spoken to people who thought that they shouldn't eat oranges and grapefruits because they are acidic. Acidic fruits actually ALKALIZE the bloodstream! I'm sure most of you already know this but I'm sending this in case there is someone on this group who doesn't. With Love.
