Some vegan products say that they contain non bone-charred sugar. I try to avoid cane sugar anyway, but I am curious.This is a process by which the raw cane sugar is filtered. The filtering material is ground up bones/bone char. It is processed even more from its natural brown color to white.That's the basic info.Laura
