Dear Family ,

I would like to offer anyone volunteering at the armory ; some live food. I will be at Everlasting Life in Capitol Heights , on Saturday and Sunday. After working all day ; Who feels like making food. So please those of you that have any energy left . Please stop by and get a meal. I can have it prep packed or just sit down and eat .
