Guest guest
Thank You Gentlemen thanks Rezz for the break down. Thanks Khep for taking to the next level. Thank you David for bringing it to light (although your tone could be kinder.) And Thank you Mark for keeping it light . As I said earlier I stand to be corrected . However the issue has now change . What I read to be true is false. The information available all points to live enzyme activity in the food. Non pasteurization gives the illusion of live . Well ;The same problems will repeat themselves in a jar , bottle . Makes sense Once again the white man is very tricky do not believe the label . Plus avoid the label for the most part . Which leads to the true living food. aha The subject of food rotting to get good is a very large controversy because Viktoris and Ann Wigmore swear by rejuvalac , Rotten wheat berries. I have heard the same response to sprouts . So now back to the drawing board (kitchen). Guest guest
Hey Lynda, all… I just wanted to comment quickly on rejuvalac. One thing that we should always consider is what may be good for Europeans is not necessarily good for people of African decent. Viktoris swears by anything fermented and Ann Wigmore is not with us but they are Europeans and the science and research has proved that the different racial types have different sensitivities and reactions good or bad to different foods. I think across the board, people of African decent have higher sensitivities (for example, lactose intolerant). I’ve had conversations with Aris about the possibility that green vegetable and algae juices may fit with what I’m saying with this as well. It was our thought that the added chlorophyll is not necessary for those of African decent. Melanin is the chlorophyll of humans and it is stimulated with sun the same way that a plant is. Aris has also mentioned that our hair is a transmitter of chlorophyll throughout the body when it connects with sunlight. I think this is an area that could provide fascinating results for some research that should be done in this area especially as it relates to the sun, plants, racial types, and raw food diet. Arnold Ehret’s take on this topic is very interesting as well as he theorizes in Mucusless Diet Healing System, that the white race is a result of heavy starch eating which strips melanin from the body and on his diet of fruits and vegetables along with sunbathing he was often mistaken for being Indian ;-).
