My vision is a world where people are vibrantly healthy, loving, compassionate, and living energetic and conscious lives. There are two powerful groups here in NYC whose vision aligns with mine: The Raw Food Movement and Personal Dynamics. They are the cutting edge of their respective "technologies".

Personal Dynamics hosts powerful, life transforming experiential workshops that gives practical, effective tools to open up a universe of wondrous possibilities in our lives. I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of these workshops; they have changed my life in ways I could never have imagined possible.

The Raw Food Movement is much more than just a diet, it is a lifestyle that advocates healing, non-violence and a reverence for planet earth. I have been involved with the Raw Food movement for more than 8 years after healing myself of asthma, hypoglycemia, thyroid imbalance, candida and a weak immune system.

My personal experience is a testimonial to the synergetic power of both groups. My goal is to share my experience with everyone so that we can all live healthy, joyful, and meaningful lives, expressing the love and awareness that is our essence.

Life changing opportunities come in all shapes and sizes and we allow most of them to pass us by.
