Blessings Mark and family,

Once again, I'm benefitting from our circle of friends. I made a committment today to juice my kale with carrots and I used the pulp to create a nut meat (it turned out really good!). I consider myself to be at the beginning stages of live food (I've been mostly all live for a year and 1/2). I agree with Mark that chlorophyll is necessary, at least for me, given the reality I manuever through on a daily basis.

I wanted to share my nutmeat recipe with folks as it really tasted good and, I am so blessed by this family that I'd like to share some of my creations that actually turn out yummy!

Nutmeat pate:

1/2 cup ground almonds

1 cup soaked sesame seeds

1/2 cup or more coconut "meat"

leftover kale pulp -1 small bunch of lacinto kale

leftover carrot pulp- 6 or 7 carrots

basil pesto( olive oil, garlic, basil, celtic sea salt)

marinade : juice of one tomatoe, cucumber and lemon with spices and agave nectar

celtic sea salt- to taste

chili powder

garlic

cumin

cajon spice powder and/or any kind of spice that suits you!

a little agave nectar

Put everything in the food processor and blend.

(I tend to be creative with measurements but these are my best "guesses.")

Thanks again family for your responses. I shared them with my friend and she appreciated everyone's insightful comments as did I.

Happy healthy living family

love and lite
