Downtown near the University of Maryland. This is a very exciting venture, because the new space can accomodate more people. I am very interested in having raw food lectures and seminars here to help educated people about the Raw Food lifestyle. Currently, our menu is more than 50% Raw. I have found that the more that you become more involved with the raw food lifestyle the less you want to cook for a living. But I am still committed to offer the area's best Vegan cuisine ! It may take awhile to transition everyone to Raw.
