Guest guest
Geetings family, The movie night sounds Awesome, I don't live in Atlanta, but I hope lots of folks attend. I noticed that one of the speakers is known as "the flaxseed lady." I'm told that flax seed is so good for the body. I myself find it to be very filling. I'm hoping we can start a conversation about Flaxseed. Those of us who have information positive or negative, please share. love and light pam
Guest guest
Pam, I have found flaxseeds to be a very helpful brain food.the late DR. John Henry Clarke ( Famous Black Historian ) came to Richmond years ago. During his visit I sat and chatted with his companion. She taught me about the benefits of flax for diabetics. Well as it turned out it was most helpful for my fine motor skills and all around brain power. The article that was shared at the time. Was about Dr. Johanna Budwig. She won a Nobel Peace prize for her work with curing cancer with flaxseed oil and cottage cheese. Also as a former special education teacher for 25 years . I saw how flax could be used to help children with attention deficit disorders. It is a natural alternative to the current list of drugs being administered at our public schools to settle children down daily. Coupled with the fact it has no unhealthy side affects . Flax works best before breaking the seeds. If you break the seed use immediately. Golden flax has more nutritional value than brown Lynda Carter CNC. www.aliveandraw.com
