sun protection

Greetings all:

I learned from Dr. Amen's show a few months back that

sunscreen is unnecessary. Does anyone know what is

best to wear on the skin while outdoors? My fiance'

and I are getting married next week in Tobago, so

we'll be spending a lot of time in the sun. (I

received a sunburn once before when I mistakenly

neglected to apply sunscreen to my shoulders, so I

want to be sure I'm protected.)
