Guest guest
This is how I make it. Soak 1 c. of unhulled sesame seeds and 4-6 dates overnight. In the morning, rinse the seeds and put them in a blender w/ 3c. water, using the date soak water for part of the total liquid. Blend and strain through a seive or a nutmilk bag. Then put the milk back into the blender with the dates, blend and enjoy! I've seen other recipes calling for equal parts of seeds and water, which would give a higher calcium content. Play around and see what works for you! Blessings, Elise --- " Sonia E.
