I, too, am on the quest to become a raw/live foodist. It would nice to gather

with folks in Baltimore who are beginners as well as experienced in this life

choice. I have been dwelling in it for about 10 years but I have never seemed

to jump out of the pot fully. I vary between 50 to 80 percent raw/live

everyday. Somedays are not quite that good. But lately I really feel the

difference. I grow wheatgrass and have sprouted before but I need to get back

into it.

 

Let' try to organize a monthly Raw Soul Baltimore Group to meet. We can meet at

the Yabba Pot Cafe on St Paul Street. Just pick a good day.
