Another event for the whole family. It's all free so use it to your advantage. If you reside in the immediate Washington Metro Area, you may want to attend this event. It promises to get you moving towards better physical health. If you meet the requirements stated below you may participate in an eight week MOVEMENT program. Even if you're not a resident of D.C. there will be information available for you to take with you to family and friends who may be interested. Join us at the Solar Eclipse, 2820 Bladensburg Rd NE., together with the DC Department of Health, and other community partners. WPFW wants to help you with those resolutions to exercise more, eat better, and take care of yourself. Think about it: 30 minutes of exercise five times a week will help protect you from illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Come out to the ECLIPSE anytime Sat April 30 between 10AM and 7PM. There will be HAND DANCING, TAI CHI, AND AEROBICS demonstrations, a HEALTH FAIR, great music and much, much more!!!
