Guest guest
Greetings Members: We only have about one month left to prepare for this exciting event. Anyone decided to participate yet? Posted: Mon Jan 31, 2005 Realizing that fitness works hand in hand with proper eating to acquire and maintain optimal health, I have yet another, sort of long range challenge. Many of you here in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area are aware of the annual Chesapeak Bay Bridge Walk that takes place the first Sunday in May. It's about a 4.3 mile walk. Would any of you be interested in taking part in this years' event? Go here for more details. http://www.roadstothefuture.com/Chesa_Bay_Bridge_Walk.html. If the link doesn't work for you go to "google" and type in "chesapeake bay bridge walk." Why not put everything you've got into that New Year's Resolution to Stay Fit and consider taking on "THE BRIDGE" on May 1, 2005. Maybe we can organize a caravan down to Annapolis, MD, pack our cars with some delicious live food, meet up after the walk and have a Bay Bridge Pot Luck. I'd like to hear from members living in the Annapolis, MD area please or anyone who'd like to help organize.Good Health to You Elaine Make your home page
