Greetings:

I got this information from another group that I'm a member of. For those who are waiting for the book Raw In Ten Minutes, you can find a couple of reviews from buyers and Bryans response to them.

On a serious note, I believe what most of us really wanted to know was that the book does exist with the information mentioned by Bryan, however it was composed. Although I've never met Bryan, I believe his intentions are good.

I must admit that I too, grew a little antzy but we all know what ANY amount of stress will do to you so I chose just to wait.

Purchasing the book is still my intention mainly because of the fact that none of the recipes require dehydration and it offers a large variety recipes. One of my goals this year is to consume as much food and in as many varieties as possible without dehydration. I've found that dehydrated foods tend to have the same affect on my body as cooked foods especially, if consumed everyday.

So, while you wait, take a look at these reviews and decide for yourselves.

Elaine

Blessings Elaine,

I share in your experiences with dehydrated food. In fact, the last time I consumed dehyrated products I became physically ill- congested coughing and I put on some weight.I'm now back to my primary foods and I'm comfortable with my weight, although I'm still coughing some. My diet is still not pure but I stick primarily with Kale salads, raw tahini dressing, avocados,

(chard for sandwiches are yummy), almond nutmeat with celery, onion, garlic- I make it up as I go along, and fruits for desert (sometimes with pecans and maple syrup! I have some vices but I've also discovered the pleasures of ripe papaya- live enzymes right?

When I finish grad school I intend to delve deeper into juicing and creating recipes for my family- my son actually liked the nutmeat I made two days ago- I felt good-

Rawsoul I appreciate our kindred space together. I think I'm the only person in Prince William County VA who is live food.

We are the light

We find the light inside our hearts and

We shine light in eachothers lives

This evening on democracy now I was astonished by a speech I heard from George B where he used the following words in reference to the bloodshed in Iraq and the middle east: "freedom marches on, not america's freedom, a freedom to create a peaceful world,a true peace, a universal peace from a higher being." Ghandi said: "Those who say religion has nothing to do with politics do not know what religion means." Live food is part of my "religion."

I believe that praying is being and I pray for the manifestation of the

day when the hearts of humans embrace eachother dissolving the need for cruelty and violence.ABUNDANT BLESSINGS RAWSOUL

love, light, laughter and harmony
