Raw Asian Peanut Sauce 2 cups raw wild peanuts [ecuador] 1 teaspoon aged, raw, unfiltered, organic apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup really raw wild cashews [with red testa] 2 tablespoons raw organic tahini [preferably unhulled] 1/4 cup wild or organic young thai coconut pulp/jelly 2 teaspoons wildcrafted purple perilla leaf (shiso) granules [china/japan] 1 tablespoon raw organic unfiltered dark agave nectar 2 tablespoons Oleo Beato or Bariani raw olive oil 1.process wild peanuts through twin gear masticating juicer into a butter2.blend all other ingredients in Cuisinart until smooth and holds to back of spoon3.combine peanut butter with mixture in Vitamix and puree *garnish/serve with lime zest as dipping sauce [use as marinade, sauce, live gravy, (salad)dressing, pie filling, smoothie base, etc.] Enjoy!
