Guest guest
Interesting as I am also wary of B12 deficiency, used to get a raw food newsletter many years ago and was shocked when one of the most dedicated raw people came down with terrible problems due to B12 deficiency, I remember heart failure was one of them =:0 I have read that only sublingual B12 is helpful, have you found Floradix to work by seeing blood tests improve? Thanks Brit I have however, experienced symptoms of Vitamin B-12 deficiency off and on since becoming a raw foodist. My research is ongoing. As a matter of fact, just this morning I've printed a News Letter from the Tree of Life Foundation featuring Gabriel Cousens' update on B-12. Additionally, while I try continuously to include as many of the food items in my daily diet that are high in B-12 (and many from the list mentioned in Dr. Abai's list of foods), I find myself never without a bottle of Floradix with Iron + Herbs and Vitamins B-1, 2, 6 and 12 in my refrigerator.
