Today I saw everybody filling up their shopping carts with Ice Cream. So, I said to my self. Self, I don't want my raw family getting caught up in eating frozen cows pus, so here's an Ice cream recipe.

Strawberry Ice Cream

8 over ripe bananas Frozen

2 ripe bananas

16 ounces strawberries Frozen or fresh

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/2 cup water

 

Place 2 ripe bananas in the blender

Add the frozen bananas

1/2 cup water

1teas. Vanilla

Slowly add the strawberries.

Blend till creamy and stiff

This mixture can be served immediately or

placed in a plastic container and frozen until ready to serve.

 

Carob can be substituted for strawberries,

optional add 1 Tablespoon of mesquite powder
