I'd love to hear from anyone who tries it. Lynda - thank-you so much for the recipes. I'm going to try the okra salad over the weekend. If time permits I will be building a solar dehydrator with the next week so I will also be able to try the dehydrated okra which sounds fun. I really appreciate your help.
