Just wanted to share a quick recipe I've been sustaining myself with for the past month or so:

Aris sent us a recipe for eggplant lasangna that included a tahini sauce.

I've taken that recipe:

1 cup raw tahini

1 cup cold pressed olive oil

honey to taste

water

spices

and I've added to it cumin, cashews, or most recently, raw macadamian nuts.

I eat it with kale salad and its sooo good.
