Guest guest
The easiest way I know is to buy some wheat grain from the health food store. put it in small pitcher or jar to cover the bottom. Pour water in and let it sit 1 or 2 days stirring off and on . Depending on how much water is covering it can begin to smell like rejuvelac in 24 hours, depending on how strong you want it. Guest guest
This is a time consuming process, if you are looking for fast, I would not advise rejuvalac. You might reference Wigmore's books or web sight. Z
