Guest guest
THANK YOU Ashtarra, for sharing your story and the information from Dr. Dyer's book. That is excellent stuff! Let me share an example of how it has worked for me. I have written out affirmations that start with a something like, "I am celebrating, rejoicing, enjoying," etc then I state what ever it is I intend to be like or to have or to do, such as, "I am enjoying the appreciation and compliments from all the people who come to my office and share about how my books, lectures and counseling have helped them." Now, I don't yet have an office, nor have I written any books or gotten paid for any counsel, however (BIG SMILE) last night as my chiropractor was introducing me to teach a class on nutrition, he mentioned that I will be coming on board with them to help with nutritional counseling. We just have to talk over details and I will start my first nutritional counseling job!!! So celebrate with me! These intentions and affirmations really work because they keep you focused and excited about reaching the goal. I'd encourage everyone to write out an affirmation for this 21 day Adventure and share it with us and also read it yourself each day. Delight in the moment as a child delights. The past is done, the future is to come, NOW is the moment for truly living. Nancy Ashtarra J. I had an interesting financial experience yesterday. To share information with the 21 Day Raw Foods Challenge in Mind: From Dr. Dyer: "Intention is an invisible energy field that is inherent in all physical form, a part of the nonmaterial world that is Spirit. Intention has seven faces, which we must emulate to manifest our desires: creativity, kindness, love, beauty, expansion, unlimited abundance, and receptivity. The premise of The Power of Intention is profound: The way to establish a relationship with Spirit and access the power of this creating principle is to continuously contemplate yourself as being surrounded by the conditions you wish to produce....When I sat down to write this book, I already saw it as completed. I always tell myself that if I can visualize having completed something, that's the same as having completed it. If you think from the end, you're contemplating yourself as being surrounded by the conditions you wish to produce. By doing that, you access this guidance you're connected to. Congratulations on completing the 21 Day Raw Foods Challenge...see it done...Blessings, Ashtarra

Guest guest
Ashtarra, Thanks so much for posting the information about the intentions, I haven’t had the time to watch PBS and was curious to what it was referring.
