Greetings,

It must be divine that I opened this e-mail. I just returned from a dental visit today. Diagnosis: I need 2 root canals and he says that all 7 of my filings need to be replaced. How depressing. I brush and floss (when I can) and don't eat candy that often. The cavaties are between the teeth!? My neighbor told me that what you put on the toothbrush is the most important. She says that when she stopped using toothpaste and started using baking soda, she stopped getting cavaties. By the way, does Toms have glycerine in it?

Greetings Everyone,

Thank you everyone for the information that has been provided.

Growing up we used baking soda and also a tooth powder, which you

can not find readily anymore, and I do not remember having as much

problem as I keep encounting now. The use of these products was

under the impression that commercial brands was unafordable. Baking

Soda was considered a poor man's toothpaste, now that it is realized

as the best thing for your health. At work, I keep a toothbrush and

toothpaste, now that toothpaste will be replaced with a

snack/sandwich bag of baking soda.
