If anyone in the group wants to look at this section of our development I would very much like to discuss and possibly meet to share these thoughts. I understand that this group is new however,

I believe it is time to look at our ability to soar. Many of us have been doing live foods long enough to move into this space/

We can start by sharing our miracles or blessings received while on live foods. I have several ...Brother John told me that Wolf was on PFW discussing how this all works with Dr. Sunyatta. We can take this to the next level.

Dear Raw Soul:

I appreciate everyone's e-mails's about the flush and Lynda's last e-mail. Along the lines of Lynda's discussion, I would also enjoy going in that direction. I decided to end my fast today. I did not do so in defeat, I had fasted for 11 days. In terms of my discomfort yesterday, I felt I heard very clearly from my Higher Power some specific information about what to do as next steps.

I know I am having colon problems and I know it's a heredity sensitivity, but also the result of eating too many "vegan" burgers the last ten years or so. An 11 day or whatever day fast is not going to end a colon imbalance overnight. The healing comes in the daily lifestyle, what's done everyday, after the fast. I heard really clearly that the "lifestyle" I adopted during the fast should be continued, such as adding the juices, continuing to eat raw, and celebrating living. While fasting, I sat in my backyard, which is absolutely beautiful (but I am usually too busy to be there), got many things in order, and felt ever grateful for living now...
