I have found that a flexible spinal column, in which the vertebrae allows the nerve pulses to flow unobstructed, is key to the holistic synchronization of the brain. In a nutshell ,do your yoga/flexibility exercises and your entire being will stay in sync.

Re: Brain Function - Thresholds of the Mind

Hello Raw Soul: A friend of mine just lent me some music CD's that increase brain efficiency, synchronize the two sides of the brain (help the left and right brain work together more harmoniously), so that there is improved memory, a greater sense of relaxation, with eventual reorganization of the brain structure so that brain waves are less frequently in beta wave function (where we usually function, running around and thinking like squirrels) and more frequently in alpha, and delta brain wave functions (more relaxed, like a walking meditation). There is a website, I believe it is Holosync.org or Holosync.com..There is a book about the brain technology and what it does called Thresholds of the Mind, by Bill Harris. .I am going to try the tapes tonight..I'll report on my progress soon..Ashtarra
