Guest guest Posted July 16, 2004 Report Share Posted July 16, 2004 I'm told that you may not find "organic" green coconuts and that you shouldn't worry about systemic penetration because the shell is so thick. At any rate, the Florida Avenue Market carries them 4th Street and Florida Avenue, NE. Also, the Caribbean Market next to the Salvation Army Thrift Store on New Hampshire Avenue in Langley Park, MD. You may want to check in most Caribbean Markets and try "The Red Apple" market also on New Hampshire Avenue. Hope this helps.
