Greetings Family,

 

I want to wish my husband, Matt, a happy Solar Return today. He’s reached the ripe old age of 433 today! I bet you didn’t know a 400+ year old could be so spry. Guess its’ the 4 years of Live Foods. J

 

Matt has been a continual source of inspiration and learning for me. Although I have been vegetarian since babyhood and then most of my life, he took me higher still by gently hipping me to the deal with live foods. Although I grew up doing yoga with my parents, he kept me on track with my own practice (especially those daily 5 am session when we were pregnant. Whew!). When I was dreaming about a Holistic Health Retreat center Matt said, “Let’s make it happen in Jamaica… AND BRAZIL!” Matt has a way of always taking a good thing to a new high... always to the “Next Level’ as he is known to say.
