Whew, what a great interview & additional

thoughts. Thanks for posting.

Just a personal note:

I think it is very true to truly listen to

your body. With the enormous amount

of blatantly contradictory information, how could one possibly know who/what to

believe? Science isn’t always there to back everything,

so much on nutrition has yet to be discovered. And so often the exact same research can

be summed up with completely opposing views. In the past year of struggling and

back and forth I have found (and know in my heart) that when I am raw, I think better, I think

higher and I have connections with the environment that I wouldn’t

otherwise have. When I eat

cooked/processed foods, I feel sluggish, drugged and blue. For me, my body ~ after a year ~ is

sending clear messages, I just have to be aware and listen. If you are even acutely aware of how

your body reacts and what it tells you, I think you will be guided on the right

path for you. I agree with Jinglee that every body is different. I also think that our own bodies become

different. What works for one may

not work for another….just as what worked for me last year, may not work

for me this year. We are ever

different and ever changing. The

golden guideline that I try to follow is to go with nature.

Thanks for the two sided interview, lots

of great stuff in it. I am curious

to see 48 hours Friday. I’m

wondering what the mass media’s take on the whole thing will be. I hope it gives a fair and balanced point

of view!
