Guest guest
Greetings " Newbie " : Welcome to the group and to your new journey to the " Live Life " . For starters, you may want to visit " 's " home page and click on " Messages " . Once there, if you'll being reading a few post beginning with 5/1/04 you'll find a few success stories. Many of us have not posted yet but I believe are forthcoming (I, for one have been too busy eating again, my 21 day did not include any food). At any rate, on a whole, most have spoken about new and improved skin, hair, energy levels, sleeping and a host of other noticeable changes. So stay tuned and particularly try to read as many post as possible beginning 4/10/04, as that is when the 21 day began. Guest guest
Hello ...I started the 21 day challenge last Sunday. I am already experiencing positive changes. The second day I felt alot of energy and I observed during the last few days that more than usual, older people were approaching me, in stores, etc., some talking at length, about different things. That isn't something that typically happens, and I wondered if my energy was just able to shine more. I also started out the 21 days doing recipes with alot of different ingredients, which didn't work for me by the 4th day! My stomach got very upset, so I simplified things, and it hasn't been bad. I put out what was going on for me to and got great suggestions to move through that space. If you start Monday, we'll be on the raw foods focus together. I started to put it off, thinking I should do it when I had a less busy and stressful time at work, but what better time? It has been....Good luck...
