Greetings Family,

 

My computer is down with a crazy virus from last week and has to be

scrubbed clean so sorry for the delay.

 

Well, here we are! I want to echo Elaine's sentiment of

congratulations. I'm glad so many folks took up the challenge put

forth. I got MANY phone calls and e-mails asking for advice " Is this

pimple from cleansing? " and calls of joy " I'm feeling fantastic! "

and " My pants are falling off me. Whoopee! " Hats off to us - no

matter if we were 100% the whole time or not.

 

Thanks so much for participating - hopefully this way of

eating/living will become part and parcel of our everyday lives. And

if you are just getting started on 21 days of raw, we're here for

you!

 

And thanks to our local spoon-wielding folks who made it easier on

us with their delectable delights. Goodness knows we needed (and

still need) the help. :-)
