Greetings Members:

I'd like to congratulate those of you who took the 21 Day Challenge or any portion of it and are hanging in there. Be assured you are on the right path.

If you are one who has grown bored with preparing meals for youself, please refer to 's home page on the side bar in "messages," search for message #681. In the "files" section you will find "Suggested Reading for Beginners" and Recipes that do not require dehydrators, vita mixers, green star or champion juicers. You may however, need to have in your possession a food processor or a blender.

Remember to be creative. When you shop for produce, begin to select items that you've never eaten before (i.e. sprouts, mushrooms, burdock root, radishes, fennel, swiss chard, habanaro peppers, ginger, avocado, dates, prunes, mango, kiwi, beets, celery, squash and watercress just to name a few). In the bulk section, select herbs and spices that will put some spark in your salad dressings, salads and whatever else you dare to make.

If you have any problems or need answers please post your questions, call or email us directly.

Remember to add recipes and resources to 's "Files and Links" section.

Continue to STAY THE COURSE, you're almost there!

Good Health to You

Elaine

*** Another suggestion, when you have the time, consider reading a Block of Posts per day from the "Messages" section at 's homepage, beginning at #1. Many of your questions may have been answered already.***
