Guest guest Posted April 24, 2004 Report Share Posted April 24, 2004 Greetings: Here are two more recipes for dishes presented at our 3/27 pot luck. ********Carrot Salad******** Denise’s Raw Kitchen 4 lbs carrot pulp2 onions chopped fine4 stalks, celery chopped fine½ cup nutritional yeast½ cup organic relish2 TBS X-Virgin Olive Oil½ cup carrot juice1 lg lemon, juiced Mix in a large bowl and serve over spouts of your choice ********Vegetable Chopped Suey******** Denise’s Raw Kitchen Vegetable Chopped Suey 1 head cauliflower1 head/bunch broccoli1 lg red bell pepper (sliced)1 lg green bell pepper (sliced)2 stalks, celery (sliced)2 onions2 grated carrots Add ½ cup X-virgin olive oil to vegetables Mix and add to vegetables:1 dash of garlic powder1 dash of paprika3 TBS nutritional yeast Let sit 3 hrs.
