Guest guest
Mark, I'm concerned that you are only getting 3-4 hours of sleep. That is not allowing the body to do all the healing, cleansing and rebuilding that one should be doing in a fast. We should sleep until we wake up - that is, when at all possible don't use an alarm clock :-) If you are waking up on your own and feeling rejuvenated, well then great, but one of the keys to fasting is to rest. Juice fast is going great, different than any other I've done in the past. Mainly vegetable juices and a glass of fruit juice in the morning if I feel like it. preparing the food for my sons is not a challenge. My work routine is still very active and I'm sleeping about 3-4hrs a night which feels fine for now. I'll try some running in the morning and see how that feels ans my coconuts will be in Monday, and I'll start drinking one or two of those. i have found I desire less juice; a 16 oz fills me up were as i would drink a quart for breakfast on previous fast and my first day on this one. I'm also not desiring juice until almost noon even though I'm active. in short all is wonderful and sharing what's going on w/mepeace,Mark
Guest guest
Thanks for the concern Nancy. I wake when I wake, haven't used an alarm clock in a few years. I generally sleepabout 5hrs a day and I'm rested. I did sleep longer this weekend
