I happened to miss the 21-day raw kick off which began on Sat. the

10th.I've decided to begin my 21-day challenge on this coming Sat.

the 17th (I welcome the company if you'd like to join me)I have been

gathering my recipes in preparation for this. Here are a few websites

I can refer you to:

www.sunfood.net,www.rawgourmet.com,www.purejoylivingfoods.com,www.raw

foodfocus.com

There's also a breakfast that I love to make-a simple fruit salad:

1/2 cup walnuts

1 cored and cubed apple

1 banana

1 tbsp. of cinnamon

2 tbsp. of shredded coconut

1/2 orange

Just put everything in a big cereal bowl and toss. Squeeze the juice

of the orange all over and eat up.

I need your support just as much and it doesn't make a difference

that you live in houston.I'll do my best to keep you updated.Do you

have a juicer and/or dehydrator?

Blessings,

Maudisa.

Greetings Maudisa,

In your breakfast fruit salad does the recipe call for one teaspoon of cinnamon as opposed to one tablespoon? It sounds good. I'll have to give it a try, and thanks for the websites. Peace

Wanda,

I usually use a tablespoon of cinnamon just because I love it so

much, but feel free to use less according to your personal taste.

Let me know how you enjoyed it.
