this saturday and David Wolfe

Hi all,

 

This saturday I am going to be with family so I'm sorry I won't be able,

after all, to attend the uncooking class. The good news is that I've

prepared a lot of things to take with me and I'm having lots of fun

doing (and tasting) these recipes. I'm following the guidelines of

Gabriel Cousen's RAINBOW GREEN-LIVE FOOD CUISINE and also read the pH

MIRACLE by Robert Young. Two very inciteful books that are helping me be

aware of how yeast/sugar are possibly affecting my problems with

candida. I had been eating a primarily fruit-based diet and wondering

why I was still getting infections (thinking, " it's raw and natural so

why am I still feeling sick?) Anyway, we'll see where this takes me. I

have to say that I heard about these books from Dr Amen's radio show and

so I'm grateful to have had that as a resource as well as this list.

 

Re: David Wolfe and controversies: I'm not sure I'm following the

threads. Is the issue that he doesn't list leading raw foodists of

color? I would agree I would like to see that change. For example, I've

gotten a lot of help and information from Storm (and Jinjee) and when I

don't see them (as well as others) on David Wolfe's site, I really

wonder why. It's pretty easy (or at least I would think it would be) to

get pictures and links up on the rawfood.com site. Why don't we send

them to him and make it even easier??

you are right on top of things. Your just the person to make up the photo's and send them. I hope you have a great time with your family. I will miss seeing you Saturday.

Thanks Linda, I have a friend who has been battling candida and I would be

interested in how this approach works out for you. Good suggestion.
