Guest guest Posted April 2, 2004 Report Share Posted April 2, 2004 wheatgrass (can be really intencse, cabbage good for parasites,cucumber and peppers (great for skin) leafy greens (collards, kale, spinach). I usually do a variety of greens when I fast w/wheatgrass everyday.
